Diana is a seasoned Corporate Paralegal whose depth of experience spans criminal, corporate, education, labour, and employment law. Known for clear judgment and meticulous organization, she has supported lawyers and senior legal teams in high-stakes, fast-paced environments.
At one of Canada’s largest school boards, Diana worked directly with the General Counsel of the Employee Relations Department, advising on governance, human resources, and administrative law matters. She managed complex labour relations files, prepared precise legal materials, and maintained comprehensive records—helping shape effective outcomes in sensitive employee and administrative disputes.
Diana also contributed several years of corporate law expertise at a leading global provider of business administration services, where she worked within a team of Corporate Legal Secretaries. In that role she delivered timely, accurate information to executive-level clients, supervised corporate records and minute books, and played a key role in corporate reorganizations and transactional documentation.
Highly knowledgeable in the Canada Business Corporations Act and provincial corporate regulations, Diana has a proven track record navigating compliance and governance issues for corporations operating across Canada. Her experience also includes supporting partners and the Employee Relations department at a prominent Canadian boutique law firm, further strengthening her client-service skills and practical legal knowledge.
